Casa Margherita is a pretty rustic house in Zignago, above Brenzone.
The view of the lake is magnificent: you can see Isola Trimelone, Malcesine, Monte Baldo, and the steep cliffs of the lake's western shore. Casa Margherita is situated in a completely peaceful location. Even in peak season, you won't find any hustle and bustle or traffic here. The nearest beach is just 1500 meters away and can also be reached via a footpath (800 meters). There's also a lovely terrace restaurant in the village (300 meters) that offers delicious wood-fired pizza. The property is fully fenced and secured by an automatic gate; the access code will be provided to guests upon arrival. A wood-fired barbecue is available.
Pets are allowed, max 2.
Casa Margherita consists of 6 apartments (No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 7 and No. 8), all with wonderful lake views.
The apartments are bright and welcoming, each with stone floors, gas central heating, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private parking space.
Each apartment has a separate entrance.

CASA MARY is located in the town of Castello di Brenzone, above Brenzone.
Restaurant in the village (approx. 200 meters). Nearest shopping facilities are in Brenzone (1 km) or Porto (500 m).
Beautiful hillside location overlooking the lake, very quiet and with no traffic nearby. Parking space on the property. Garden with outdoor grill, seating, and sun loungers for shared use. Cozy atmosphere. Hairdryer and iron provided in each unit. Satellite TV. Central heating. Shared washing machine. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Pets allowed.
On the ground floor there is a storage room for bicycles and other items.
Casa Mary has 3 apartments, each with its own terrace with dining area and lake view, as well as an additional terrace for shared use.
